Reservation Policy
Unless agreed upon in writing, prepayment for accommodation bookings is assumed.
A 50% deposit secures the reservation after confirmation of your booking.
Confirmed reservations will always be honored at the confirmed rates. Any changes will be notified.
Modification
Please note that a change in the length or date of your reservation may result in a rate change.
If you wish to modify your current booking please reach out to info@bohemiancapetown.com.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 5 days of your arrival.
Please note that we will assess 50% of your total bill if you must cancel after this deadline.
On the day of arrival and afterward we do not provide a refund.

Breakfast is from 7.30 AM until 10.00 AM, if you wish to take breakfast, let us know the night before via WhatsApp or in person!
If you wish to take lunch packs we can organize them for you as well, for the daily options contact us. You can always order in person or via WhatsApp.
Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. In the case of smoke detector alarms additional penalty charges may apply. You can find the designated smoking areas outside.
Scheduled room cleanings are every three days, including the changing of bedsheets and towels. If your room needs extra attention, please let us know!
Laundry Service is available by request, kindly let us know in person or via WhatsApp.
The guesthouse cannot be held responsible for the loss of your valuables (money, jewels, and documents). We kindly ask you to use the safe which can be found in each room.
Guests are obligated to pay for any damages or loss they cause. Missing any items from the room will be charged accordingly.
We would like to kindly ask you when you leave the room, please switch off the lights, fans, AC, heating, and all the electrical equipment.
Room visits are not allowed. Please use the outside areas for social events and chatting with your guests. Also no visitors after 9 PM.
Between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM, we kindly ask you to refrain from loud noises and not disturb other guests in any way. Guests that are not complying will be removed from the premises.
Check-out time is at 10 AM. Please return room keys to the reception in time or a late check-out fee may apply. In case of late departure or extending the stay please notify reception (in person or via WhatsApp) one day in advance.
The price of the late checkout is 150 R, and late checkout time is until 2 PM.
If guests want to extend their stay they have to pay at least one day in advance, the latest before the check-out time.
The lost key charge is 200 R.
